In each product description is possible to find the approximately time needed to produce it . It may take less or longer depending on the availability of material and the period of year .
You will always be informed at the moment of payment of the correct time , including the delivery days. ( 1/2 inside Europe , 3 for extra-Eu)

No , every product is realized just on your request and on your measure.
We consider the order taken once the money arrives on our bank account , in that moment the production starts and you can be refound just of the 50% of total price .Every single item is done just on your request and you will be anyway charged of materials and manufacture costs
Once the courrier advice us that the item has been delivered to you , you have 24 hours to check the product conditions and inform us . Once you place and order we will ask you to confirm the product , its name and style will be also shown in the final invoice and just in case that the error fully depends on us we can change it.

Yes ,anytime you can send us the product that you purchase and we will repair them . Send us a photo and explain the problem ,we will tell you the eventual cost , if there would be one and then explain you how to proceed . DO NOT SEND anything back without previously advice us
